This habit will leave me only when this body will die”-Have you encountered people talking/believing this when they have got addicted to some habits or behavioural patterns that limits their life experiences at times damaging their relationships with others? This in itself is a limiting belief!

Various limiting conditionings (familial, cultural, etc),emotional traumas that occurred during childhood may convert into a limiting belief system. Our past emotional traumas make our Ego to erect defence system that converts into behaviours, attitudes, personalities and habits that may become toxic for self as well as others. These corrupt our thinking too. So, if you are finding yourself, your growth stuck because of some discouraging thought patterns, some confusing silly voices you hear in your head, or some hard-core belief system you carrying which you can’t understand why they are therewith you in the first place, but stay unable to kick off your life and make you behave in limited ways-you are in need for some help. Foster discipline, commitment and success through Positive habits

  • Make short term daily goals and stay committed to fulfil by end of the day
  • Maintain daily journalling habits to write your emotional triggers, limiting beliefs and patterns, dreams, fantasies, short term as well long term success stories
  • Make long term goals, plan How to reach success and stay committed to take appropriate actions to fulfil those
  • Celebrate your success, appreciate your efforts be that for small term goals or Big.
  • Once in a while tell, look in the mirror and tell yourself “I love you, I accept you, I matter”–trust me-this sounds simple but creates magic
  • Practice gratitude, remind yourself of things you have for which you are grateful
  • Practice kindness, patience ,empathy and forgiveness with your self as well as others
