Homeopathy & Regression: Different Healing Paths, One Inner Journey

In my journey as a homeopathic doctor and regression therapist, I have often reflected on the deeper connection between disease, energy, and human consciousness. Over time, my work expanded from treating physical ailments through homeopathy to exploring the subconscious and transpersonal layers of healing through regression therapies.

One question that intrigued me for a long time was this:
If a person’s homeopathic remedy belongs to a particular natural kingdom—such as plant, animal, or mineral—would the same kingdom appear if that person underwent past life regression?

In a few early explorations, this did not consistently prove true. This led me to understand that although both modalities work deeply, they operate through different gateways.

Understanding the Difference in Approach

In homeopathy, we focus on understanding the person behind the disease. Physical symptoms, emotional responses, childhood experiences, behavioral tendencies, and psychological patterns are studied together to identify what we call the present predominant picture—the person’s disturbed energetic blueprint.

Based on this pattern, remedies derived from the plant, animal,  mineral, and other kingdoms are selected, each kingdom reflecting specific themes.

Past Life Regression (PLR), however, works differently.

Regression journeys are guided by intention. The subconscious mind opens experiences connected to the specific issue or pattern the person wishes to resolve. The lifetime that surfaces relates to present healing needs rather than following any kingdom classification.

My Personal Experience

During Mystic Journey sessions led by my mentor Dr. Trupti Jayin, we were guided to explore plant and animal lifetimes. I experienced myself as a banyan tree and later as a lion.

What amazed me was how deeply these experiences resonated with lifelong affinities I already carried. Since childhood, I have felt drawn to banyan trees and have always admired lions for their strength, dignity, and integrity.

In fact, this connection surfaced so naturally in my life that I later sketched the cover of my second book, titled A Banyan Tree Enroute, long before I consciously understood why this symbol felt so connected to my journey.

However, in regression sessions where I focused on resolving specific emotional issues (During PLR retreat with my mentors Dr. Newton and Dr. Laxmi Kondawati,  and later on working on my own), entirely different lifetimes emerged—ones directly linked to those patterns. The plant and animal lifetimes did not reappear. This helped me realize that regression reveals what the soul needs to heal in the present moment.

A Deeper Personal Insight: Healing Guilt Across Lifetimes

In my own regression journey, one recurring theme that surfaced was a deep subconscious guilt carried across lifetimes. Various past life experiences revealed situations where unresolved emotional imprints had formed.

In this lifetime, I now see my core lesson as learning forgiveness—especially self-forgiveness. Regression sessions helped me understand both what created this pattern and what healing choices are required now to release it.

As we go deeper into such work, healing moves beyond symptom relief. It becomes a journey of soul evolution, helping us recognize recurring patterns carried across lifetimes and consciously choose responses that bring closure to karmic loops.

Modalities like Inner Child Regression, Past Life Regression, and Family Constellation work allow access to these deeper layers, often beyond what traditional case-taking alone may reveal.

Through this exploration, I have come to see regression work not just as therapy, but as a doorway into understanding the soul’s journey and the lessons it seeks to learn.

Breaking Karmic Loops Through Deeper Healing

Another realization that became clear through this work is how subconscious healing helps us step out of repetitive karmic patterns.

When deeper emotional layers are healed, we begin to see situations from new perspectives. We gradually move out of victimhood, blame, and the constant me-versus-you dynamic that keeps conflicts alive across relationships.

As awareness grows, reactions change. We stop repeating the same emotional battles, preventing the accumulation of further karmic layers. Healing then becomes not just recovery from suffering but liberation from repeating it.

In this sense, both homeopathy and regression therapy help us learn the lesson behind an experience rather than endlessly repeating the experience itself.

Inner Child Healing: From Spiritual Understanding to Lived Experience

Another aspect of healing that has deeply influenced my work is Inner Child Healing.

Many of us learn through religion, spirituality, and teachings that we must forgive, remain calm, and respond wisely in relationships. Yet, when real-life triggers appear, we often react despite knowing better.

This happens because spiritual teachings often remain at the level of understanding, not transformation.

Through inner child work, I have observed that when childhood emotional wounds are gently healed, reactions begin to shift naturally. A person does not have to suppress anger or force calmness. Instead, emotional charges dissolve, allowing responses to emerge from awareness rather than old hurt.

Inner child healing, therefore, does not bypass spiritual wisdom. Instead, it removes emotional blocks so that spiritual teachings can actually be lived.

How These Modalities Complement Each Other

Over years of practice, I have come to see how beautifully these healing approaches complement one another.

In my clinical experience, Homeopathy supports healing where disturbances have already manifested as physical or physiological ailments. It works through restoring energetic balance expressed through symptoms.

Regression therapies help uncover limiting beliefs, emotional imprints, and energetic blocks that may not yet have manifested physically but influence life experiences deeply.

Both approaches access deep layers of consciousness through different pathways, yet serve the same purpose.

An Integrated Path to Healing

Over time, I have learned that no single healing method works the same way for everyone. Each individual carries a unique story, wounds, strengths, and lessons. Healing, therefore, often requires an integrated, individualized approach.

When homeopathy and regression therapies are combined with sensitivity and awareness, they support healing at both physical and deeper energetic levels.

Ultimately, all healing paths lead toward the same destination—helping a person and a soul rediscover balance, freedom, and wholeness within.

And every individual deserves a healing journey that honors their unique inner story.

Our subconscious remains a vast, mystical, and deeply complex space—one that may take many lifetimes to fully understand. What I share here arises from my own evolving experiences with clients and patients. As a lifelong student of healing, I continue to learn, trusting that deeper insights will unfold with practice and time.

Thank you for your time and presence in reading—may this support your journey in some way.

I would love to hear from you—whether as a client, therapist, or fellow homeopath—if any part of your own healing journey resonates with or adds to this shared exploration.
