Be the co-creator of your destiny by being mindful of your limiting thinking patterns and converting those into empowering one.

It is said what we think, we become. Thoughts have an electrical charge and feelings have a magnetic charge, so any thought infused with feelings creates an electromagnetic charge around us that is read by the universe and similar experiences are sent back to us. This is how we become the co-creator of our destiny.

Here, we are not discussing the random thoughts that our mind thinks daily-we are talking about those auto thoughts, self-talks, those inner voices that keep repeating itself without our conscious knowledge. These are loaded with unresolves or repressed emotions from our past(childhood and past lives) hiding in our sub/unconscious. Like suppose a person swears “I will think positive”. However, if we enter his mind, we hear thoughts such as “I don’t have this, I hate this person, I feel hurt by this behaviour” .So, what is happening is on outside, he/saffirms to stay positive, inside, there is something else cooking. Universe responds to this tasty inner cooking which is loaded with attached feelings of anger/hurt/hatred/sadness etc ) The bland outer affirmation shave no impact on manifestation actually. Till these inner limiting thinking patterns are addressed at root level and transformed, outer affirmations do little or no help.

One may need help of a facilitator to help address these patterns at root level and convert them into empowering one.

The idea is to Become (what we wish to) in our energy and not empty Affirm in conscious thoughts. That is the key to manifestation / co-creation. The key here is to identify these patterns first and then to address them.

Here are some tips to identify these limiting thinking pattern

  • Keep internal attention over Auto-repeat thoughts
  • Check when you think them, do you experience emotional charge?
  • Journal and write these down
  • Check if there is any similarity between challenges you face and these thinking patterns
  • Learn tools to transform these limiting thinking patterns
